Classification: Help Desk Analyst I
If you're looking for an opportunity to showcase your excellent customer service skills and are technically inclined, Robert Half Technology has the job for you! This role will support K-4 students and parents of our client within one of the school districts in the Pittsburgh area. You'll be providing basic IT support for Chromebooks and so incredible communication skills are a must as you'll be working with non-technical users. Familiarity with Chromebooks, Google App Suite and Google Classroom are desirable, as well as, great organizational skills and attention to detail. This role is a long term opportunity and will require you to be 100% onsite to provide support, M-F, 8a-4p.
What you get to do every day
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service via IT support for students and parents of grades K-4
- Assist and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
- Perform password resets
- Execute basic troubleshooting following processes outlined by the school district administration
- Deliver IT support for operating systems and a variety of other applications used internally
